Sometimes I forget to rejoice, to be glad.
To take pleasure in the very simplest of details.
It’s easy to get caught up in the busy-ness, the stress and the never ending chores of life.

We learned a little tune for this verse when I was a kid, and sometimes on tough days, I make myself sing it to get myself out of the “ugly funk.” It’s like a battle cry — “Let’s do this!”
Amen! We have so many reasons to be joyful, yet we let the devil steal our joy if we’re not careful! Thanks for the great post & for hosting & God bless!
