Have You Seen Leon?

Happy Thought Provoking Thursday everyone! I have a special story to share with you today, and I ask that you please add Leon and his family to your prayers this November.  Please be in prayer that God would be glorified, that God would be seen, heard, and felt in a powerful way by everyone who hears this story, and that God would use this month long journey in even bigger ways that we could ever imagine.  Thank you much!  ~Michelle

“Who is Leon?” you’re probably thinking…

The answer?

Someone you should get to know.

Leon is a worship leader and youth director, an encourager, a man who is truly living his life to make a difference in the world.  And starting today, he’s stepping out in complete faith into a 30 day challenge that most of us would say is crazy.

Except that it’s what God has called him to do.

Leon has many reasons for this 30-day challenge.  But that’s the biggest, and most important one.

I could tell you all about it, but you can hear it directly from Leon himself if you click here. (Sorry, the video wouldn’t embed properly for me.  I promise it’s worth clicking through and watching for 3 minutes!)

Leon and his family are incredible people, with huge hearts for God’s ministry. They’ve personally made a difference in my own life, and I can’t wait to see how God uses them on this 30 day journey!

What if we all stepped out of our comfort zones in faith like this
to make a difference in the world for God’s kingdom?

Wouldn’t that be something?

Something to think about…

Wow! That’s amazing … truly an inspiration. My efforts to make a difference are miniscule in comparison, but I’m happy that even small efforts can add up to make a difference as well.

It certainly is true that we don’t really understand another’s heartaches and trials until we experience them ourselves. Yet we usually do all we can to avoid experiencing them!
